Error when adding new topic to the forum

I recieve this error when i add new topics:

user warning: Unknown column 'oga.is_public' in 'where clause' query: SELECT oga.group_nid FROM og_ancestry oga WHERE oga.nid = 30 AND oga.is_public = 1 in /ebs/home/unitedclubs/www/en.unitedclubs.net/sites/all/modules/og_user_roles/og_user_roles.module on line 2773

but anyway i can post topics and the apear on the site.
