AMC Public Speaking Club
Now that you have founded the International English Club, what will happen to the AMC Public Speaking Club?
What will be the meeting times for the International English Club? Is it to be daily, weekly, bi-weekly? The success of this new venture will depend on how 'cluby' it will become. Will people feel comfortable there? A 'Coffee House' atmosphere? The surroundings will be important for people to want to spend 190 rubles in these 'crisis' times!

Nothing will change regarding AMC Public Speaking Club and it will continue to grow as it did during last 5 years.
Moscow International English Club meetings will be held weekly on Tuesdays from 19:00 to 22:00 in the center of city.
You are right about importance of club atmosphere and surroundings, my over 5 years experience in managing and attending clubs allowed me to create a meeting system that gives club attendees ability to easily overcome two main problems they face, fear of rejection and not knowing other members. I decided to call it "Colored Meeting System", it will be available to the public under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike License which will give everybody right to use and improve it. I presented the system on our last meeting, I'll create an online presentetion soon and put it on this site as soon as I find some time.

I know Amir because I attended Public Speaking Club. Amir is both creative and realistic person, with sense of humor and many other talents. I am sure that the new club that he is initiating will be a good thing, and I would like to join.
